What is the Banner Edition?

Our ‘Banner Editions’ are optimized especially for use of our components within banners. This means smaller filesize and we have tested it with all the big banner networks like google, yahoo, doubleclick, etc.

How do I work with the Banner Edition?

The handling of the ‘Banner Edition’ is exactly the same as the standard version. The differences are only happening behind the scenes. Click here to see a video tutorial of how to use our effect component.

Can I see the difference somewhere?

Most of the optimizations are happening behind the scenes. However, to get an even smaller file size we removed the fancy logo you see when you drag the component onto a Movieclip.

How can I upgrade to the Banner Edition in existing project?

If you want to change the component in an existing project from the normal to the Banner Edition check you the video tutorial how to upgrade from trial to full version (this also applies for upgrading from standard to Banner Edition).

Where do I find the Banner Edition?

The ‘Banner Edition’ can be found in the folder ‘advanced’ in the provided zip file. If you want to have a look yourself try some of our free effects, they all come with the Banner Edition.

Do I have do use the Banner Edition?

Absolutely not! We rather recommend using the standard version if you do not use the effect component for banners.
