How will I receive the filters?
The order and payment process is handled by our partner share-it. Depending on the way of payment you will receive the filter straight after the order (credit card) or when the money has been received (money transfer). Get more info here.
Why do you not accept Google Checkout or other method of payment?
You as a customer have certain requirements when you are ordering one of our products: easy and secure payment options, instant delivery and of course an invoice which is valid for tax purposes in your country.
With share-it we have found a partner that can deliver all the above so we can focus or developing new filters or give you support on the existing products.
Please note that we cannot accept any other ways of payment.
NEW: From now on you can pay with PayPal in share-it purchasing process.
How much VAT do I have to pay?
Sales within the European Union will incur 19% VAT which will be added to the price displayed. EU business customers who enter a valid VAT registration number when making the payment will NOT be charged VAT. Non-EU countries will NOT be charged VAT.
