Below the FAQs for the purchasing process of our filters. The payment goes only through our partner cleverbridge, if you have questions regarding the actual payment process please contact the cleverbridge support.
How will I receive the filters?
The order and payment process is handled by our partner cleverbridge. Depending on the way of payment you will receive the filter straight after the order (credit card, PayPal) or when the money has been received (money transfer).
Is PayPal supported?
PayPal is supported by cleverbridge.
How much VAT do I have to pay?
Sales within the European Union will incur 19% VAT which will be added to the price displayed. EU business customers who enter a valid VAT registration number when making the payment will NOT be charged VAT. Non-EU countries will NOT be charged VAT.
